A special small batch extraction process creates an intense flavor - 25% stronger than our regular, pure vanilla. Youll notice a more pronounced, robust flavor than other vanilla extracts, with hints of caramel and chocolate. And 100% of the vanilla beans in this extract are Rainforest Alliance Certified beans. The Alliance helps to protect wildlife and the environment, and ensures sustainable livelihoods for farmers. As part of our global sourcing, were always on the lookout for batches of vanilla beans that meet our rigorous standards for this product.
