Ready in 60 seconds. Pizza tastes better in a Baozza! Whats a Baozza? Pizza with a twist! Baozza combines classic pizza flavor with steamed Asian dumplings known as bao. The result is a magical fusion of cheesy, gooey, delicious pizza fillings inside a soft, fluffy bun that's steamed, not baked. Easy to heat and easy to eat, Baozza uses only the finest quality cheeses, meats, slow-cooked sauces and herb-infused dough. The perfect treat that's ready when you are tastes better in a Baozza! Dough: Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Cane Sugar, Olive Oil, Yeast, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda, Cornstarch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Salt, Basil, Oregano, Garlic, Filling: Low-Moisture Mozzarella Cheese (Cultured Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Cooked Chicken (Chicken, Salt), Brown Sugar, Vinegar, Tomato Paste (Tomatoes, Citric Acid), Red Onion, Tapioca Flour, Molasses, Cilantro, Natural Smoke Flavor, Salt, Spices.

Directions

Steamed to Perfection: Microwave ‘em for a soft, fluffy texture. Microwave on high until bag is fully puffed up: 1 Baozza = 60 sec. 2 Baozzas = 120 sec. suggested max 2 at a time. Microwaveable steamer bag! Do not defrost. Do not open bag before microwaving. Heating times based on 1200 watt microwave; may vary depending on wattage. For low wattage microwave, and an extra 30 sec per bao. Heat to 165 degrees. How do you baozza? For below cooking methods always steam baos first. Pan Fried (Like potstickers): Pre-steam first! Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan, brown baozza on high heat for 2 min. cover & lower to medium temp for 2 min. Air Fried (for a crunchy outside, soft inside): Pre-steam first! Lightly brush with olive oil, place Baozza in a air fryer at 400 degrees F for 4 minutes or until golden brown; flip halfway for even air frying. Toasted (Golden goodness): Pre-steam first! Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F or toaster oven to high. Toast baozza 3-5 min or until golden brown. Your way! Go wild cooking styles, dipping sauces, & pairings!

Heat and serve.
