Flavored with bacon. In aluminum tray for BBQ grill! The very finest navy beans, real bacon, imported molasses, rich brown sugar, and a select blend of spices is still oven-baked long hours in oven kettles. This homemade flavor is locked in with a unique freezing process, producing a hearty taste not found in any canned baked bean. Delicious homemade flavor! Prepared with only the best ingredients, these beans are cooked using a slow oven-baked process that has made Captain Ken's baked beans famous for over 40 years! Fully cooked. Just heat and eat!

Ingredients

Navy Beans (cooked), Water, Sugarcane Molasses, Bacon (cured With: Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite), Brown Sugar (sugar, Cane Syrup), Ketchup (tomato Concentrate, Sugar, Distilled Vinegar, Less Than 2% Of: Salt, Natural Flavors, Potassium Chloride, Onion Powder, Citric Acid, Garlic Powder, Spices), Salt, Dehydrated Onions, Mustard Flour.

Directions

Keep frozen. Heating: Note: Because ovens, microwaves and BBQ grills may vary in rate of heating, times given are approximate. Use caution when handling hot product and/or containers. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place covered tray on cookie sheet on middle rack in center of oven. Heat for 60-75 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Carefully remove, stir and serve. Stove Top: Thaw product in refrigerator overnight. Transfer product to medium size sauce pan. Heat over medium heat for 20 minutes or until hot, stirring often. Carefully remove, stir and serve. BBQ Grill: Place covered tray on grill over hot coals. Heat for 40-60 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Cooking times are based on a covered grill. Carefully remove, stir and serve. Microwave Oven: Remove frozen product from aluminum tray. Place on a medium size microwave safe casserole dish. Cover and microwave on high for 8 minutes. Stir and heat covered on high for an additional 3 minutes or until hot. Carefully remove, stir and serve. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not prepare in toaster oven.
