Directions

For food safety and quality follow these cooking direction and cook to an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F, as measured by a food thermometer. Keep frozen until ready to use. Cook from frozen or thawed. Do not refreeze.

Preparation Directions: Thawing Directions: Refrigerator Method (Recommended): 1. Remove frozen fish from outer and inner packaging. 2. Place fish on a plate or tray; cover with plastic wrap. 3. Refrigerate until thawed (approximately 6 hours per 4 ounces of fish). Pat fish dry with clean paper towels before cooking. Cold Water Method: 1. Remove frozen fish from outer and inner packaging. 2. Place fish in resealable food storage bag. 3. Set in a bowl of cold water; change water every 30 minutes until thawed (approximately 15 minutes per 4 ounces of fish). Cooking Directions: Conventional Oven: 1. Place fish on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Season to taste. 2. Bake in a preheated 425 degrees F oven until fish flakes easily with a fork (about 10 minutes per inch of thickness for thawed; 15-20 minutes per inch of thickness for frozen). Stovetop: 1. Season fish to taste. 2. In medium skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. 3. Place fish in skillet; cook, turning once, until fish flakes easily with a fork (about 10 minutes per inch of thickness for thawed; 15 minutes per inch of thickness for frozen). Broil: 1. Place fish on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Season to taste. 2. Broil (high) 4-5 inches from heat, turning once, until fish flakes easily with a fork (about 19 minutes per inch of thickness for thawed; 15 minutes per inch of thickness for frozen). Cook thoroughly.

Keep frozen.
