Preparation Directions: You will need: 1 packet essential everyday Fajita seasoning mix; 1/4 cup water; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1 onion chopped; 1 green bell pepper cut into thin strips; 1 lb flank steak (or chicken breast), thinly sliced; 1 tomato cut into thin wedges. Stovetop: 1 In large skillet, heat one tablespoon vegetable oil over medium heat. 2 Saute the onion and green bell pepper until tender. Remove from skillet and set aside. 3 In the same skillet, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and add flank steak. Sear the meat, then add fajita seasoning mix and 1/4 cup water. Blend well and heat to boiling. 4 Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until meat is cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (about 3-5 minutes), stirring occasionally. 5 Return vegetables to skillet to heat; add tomato.

Serving Suggestion: Spoon 1/2 cup filling on a fresh, warm flour tortilla, and serve with your favorite toppings such as fresh salsa, sour cream and guacamole.
