Enriched Bleached Flour (Bleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Leavening [Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Dextrose, Soybean Oil, Salt, Egg Yolk, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Calcium Carbonate, Corn Starch, Egg White, Xanthan Gum.

Directions

Pancake: You Will Need: 2 cups Essential Everyday Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix; 1-1/2 cups water. 1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, stir until lumps disappear (do not beat or over mix). Let stand 1-2 minutes to thicken. 2. Meanwhile, heat large skillet over medium-low heat or electric griddle to 375 degrees F. 3. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake on lightly greased skillet. 4. Turn when pancakes bubble and bottoms are golden brown. Amount: 12-14 pancakes. Tip: For golden, soft and fluffy pancakes, use solid shortening to grease skillet and turn pancakes only once. Waffle: You Will Need: 2 cups Essential Everyday Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix; 1-1/2 cups water; 1/3 cup vegetable oil. 1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, stir until lumps disappear (do not beat or over mix). Let stand 4-5 minutes to thicken. 2. Pour desired amount of batter into lightly greased waffle iron. Bake until steaming stops or according to waffle maker directions. Amount: 12 (4-inch) waffles.
