Keep frozen. Preparation: Recommended Pan Size: 1 pound loaf pan (8-1/2 x 4-1/2 x 2-1/2 inch). Conventional Method (4-7 Hours): 1. Place frozen dough in pan coated with cooking spray. Cover with plastic wrap coated in cooking spray to prevent sticking. 2. Let rise at room temperature until 1-inch above pan (4-7 hours). Note: Actual time depends on temperature of kitchen. Refrigerator Method (8-16 Hours): 1. Place frozen dough in pan coated with cooking spray. Cover with plastic wrap coated in cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place in refrigerator overnight (6-12 hours). 2. Let rise at room temperature until 1-inch above pan (2-4 hours). Note: Dough may be kept refrigerated for up to 48 hours. Speed Method (2-4 Hours): 1. Place frozen dough in pan coated with cooking spray; do not cover. 2. In medium saucepan, boil 1 quart of water. Place on lowest rack in preheated 175 degrees F oven. 3. Turn off oven. Place dough on center rack; let rise until 1-inch above pan (2-4 hours). Remove dough and water from oven. Note: Check occasionally after the first hour to make sure dough doesn't rise too high. Baking: 1. Bake bread in preheated 350 degrees F oven 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown. 2. Remove from pan immediately; place on cooling rack. Brush with melted butter, if desired. 3. Place hot bread on side for easier slicing. Note: Bread is done baking when the sides pull away from pan and sounds hollow when tapped.
