Directions

Preparation: You Will Need: 2-1/2 to 3 pounds boneless chuck or rump roast, well-trimmed; 5 cups cut vegetables, such as carrots, celery, onions and potatoes; 1 package Essential Everyday Slow Cooker Pot Roast Seasoning Mix; 1 cup water. Slow Cooker: 1. Place roast and vegetables in slow cooking. 2. In small bowl, combine seasoning mix and water until blended. Pour over roast and vegetables. Cover. 3. Cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours. Remove roast and vegetables, place on serving platter. Stir sauce before serving. Amount: About 8 servings.
