Gas Grill: 1. Preheat the grill on High for 10 minutes. 2. Remove steaks from plastic wrap. 3. Reduce heat to Medium and place steaks on grill, turning at least once during cooking. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (Medium Rare), 160 degrees F (Medium), or 170 degrees F (Well Done). Medium to Medium Well Doneness: Defrosted - 12 to 15 minutes. Frozen - 25 to 30 minutes. (Testing was done using a Weber Genesis Grill. Since gas grill brands vary, cooking times may need to be adjusted.) Broil: 1. Preheat broiler to a temperature of 500 degrees F. 2. Remove steaks from plastic wrap. 3. Place steaks on a broiler pan 3 to 4 inches from the heat. Turn steaks once about half way through cooking. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (Medium Rare), 160 degrees F (Medium), or 170 degrees F (Well Done). Medium to Medium Well Doneness: Defrosted - 16 to 19 minutes. Frozen - 23 to 28 minutes. Stovetop: 1. Pre-heat a large, non-stick skillet for 1 to 2 minutes over Medium Heat. Add 1 tsp. of vegetable or olive oil to the skillet. 2. Remove steaks from plastic wrap. 3. Place steaks in skillet. Cook over Medium Heat, turning steaks several times, until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (Medium Rare), 160 degrees F (Medium), or 170 degrees F (Well Done). Medium to Medium Well Doneness: Defrosted - 19 to 23 minutes. Frozen - 30 to 35 minutes. Always defrost steaks in the refrigerator. Do not place cooked steaks on the plate that held the raw steaks. Turn steaks with tongs or a spatula. Piercing steaks with a fork results in loss of flavorful juices.
