Details

Ian's allergy-friendly fish sticks are made using whole Pollack filets are certified by the Marine Stewardship Council for sustainable fishing practices and are source traceability. They are lightly breaded in our very own gluten-free, allergy-friendly panko breadcrumb so they remain delicate yet crunchy. Ian's allergy-free fish sticks are delicious "as is", with a sauce, dip or a spritz of lemon. They are perfect for use in fish tacos too!

Ingredients

Fish Sticks [whole Pollock Fillets, Coated With (cornflake Crumbs (milled Corn, Cane Sugar, Sea Salt), Water, Yellow Corn Flour, Corn Starch, Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Baking Powder)]. Breading Set In Non-gmo Expeller Pressed Canola Oil.

Directions

Uncooked. Keep frozen. Food Safety Guidelines: This product was prepared from ingredients that are uncooked. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these food safety guidelines. Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Conventional Oven (recommended): 1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Remove from all packaging and place fish on baking sheet or foil. 3. Cook in oven for 12-15 minutes. Turn fish over and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. 4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Microwave Oven (based on 1000 watts): 1. Remove fish sticks from all packaging and place on a microwave safe plate lined with a paper towel. 2. Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds on half power (50% or Level 5). 3. Flip over and microwave for an additional 1 minute on half power, or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached. 4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Do not thaw. Oven and microwave oven temperatures vary; adjust cooking times as necessary. Caution, product will be hot after cooking.
