Directions

Suggested Use: Adults - take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with food, as a dietary supplement. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Store in a dry place under controlled room temperature 68 degrees - 77 degrees F (20 degrees - 25 degrees C).
