These ideally sized 5 oz. farm-raised Atlantic salmon fillets feature our original recipe marinade and a unique pop-up timer that makes the perfect preparation goof-proof.

Ingredients

Atlantic Farm Raised Salmon, Canola Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Water, Salt, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic, Paprika, Dehydrated Onion, Yeast Extract, Dehydrated Red Bell Pepper, Citric Acid, Grill Flavor (from Sunflower Oil), Natural Flavors, Smoke Flavor, Color Added

Preparation & pop-up timer instructions: 1. Defrosting: thaw salmon in the refrigerator overnight. For quick thawing place salmon (in plastic wrap) in cool water for 20-30 minutes. Use immediately and follow defrosted cooking directions. 2. Frozen: Remove plastic wrap and follow frozen cooking instructions. 3. Pop-up timer is located at the side of the salmon. When you are within two minutes of the recommended cooking time watch for the pop-up timer to pop up. When the timer pops, the fish is done. The timer can be used with any of the recommended cooking methods. Make sure to remove and discard the timer before serving. Gas Grill: 1. Preheat grill with all burners set at medium, close lid and wait approximately 10 minutes. 2. Place salmon fillets on cooking grid. Grill salmon according to times below. Defrosted: 8-12 minutes turning once until pop-up timer pops up. Frozen: 12-16 minutes turning once until pop-up timer pops up. Broil: 1. Preheat broiler according to manufacturer's directions. Remove salmon from plastic wrap and place on baking sheet. 2. Broil salmon fillets 6 inches from heat according to times below. Defrosted: 11-16 minutes until pop-up timer pops up. Frozen: 22-26 minutes until pop-up timer pops up. Bake: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove salmon fillets from plastic wrap and place on baking dish (spray with nonstick cooking spray if desired). 2. Bake salmon fillets according to times below. Defrosted: 15-20 minutes until pop-up timer pops up. Frozen: 25-28 minutes until pop-up timer pops up. Stovetop: 1. Preheat nonstick skillet on Medium Low Heat. Remove salmon from plastic wrap and place in skillet. 2. Saute according to times below. Defrosted: 12-15 minutes turning once until pop-up timer pops up. Frozen: 15-18 minutes turning once until pop-up timer pops up. Do not place cooked fillets on the plate that held the raw fillets. Turn fillets with tongs or a spatula. Piercing fillets with a fork results in loss of flavorful juices. Safe Handling Instructions: Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Keep frozen.
